The current President of the company, Bob has worked at B&G for over 25 years. Beginning in the warehouse and working his way through each job function, Bob knows all aspects of the foodservice distribution industry. His sincere and friendly personality and consistent record of understanding customer needs is what keeps B&G’s customer base strong.

Tricia returned to B&G in 2005 to focus on the strategic development of the company. She received her MBA in entrepreneurialship from Babson College and a bachelor’s degree in management from UMASS, Amherst. Her past experience in operation and data consulting for Fortune 100 companies, as well as her extensive education has prepared her to return to the family business in her current role.
Blake has been with B&G for over 20 years. He manages the Warehouse, is our Parts Specialist and Service Technician. Blake is also a part of our Inside Sales Team.
Sarah has been in the foodservice industry for 25 yrs. She started off helping with her mother’s cake business and then moved on to bussing, waitressing, and bartending. Sarah joined our B&G Family in 2001 as an inside sales representative, also managing Accounts Payable. In 2011, she turned over Accounts Payable to focus solely on equipment and small-wares. She became a Certified Food Service Professional in 2018 and is also Serv Safe Certified. She is the contact for all State Bid Jobs in CT and works closely with Mohegan Sun, Foxwoods, Sage Dining Service, and UCONN.
- Kelly Kiernan: General Manager
Kelly has been with B&G for over 20 years. She manages the office, showroom, and proficiently coordinates shipping for large projects and bids. Kelly also handles account receivables, customer returns, and any billing questions.
Rick Fitzmaurice is a passionate lifelong culinarian and former chef with a background in several facets of the food & beverage industry. At B&G Rick is tasked with responsibilities for project management and business development with private entities, municipalities and redistribution companies. Prior to joining B&G, Rick worked as an account manager with Buffalo Hotel Supply’s Albany Division and both Sysco and Performance Food group. Rick was also an executive chef with several prestigious restaurant concepts in New York, New England and served as an Armored Crewman until he was honorably discharged from the United States Army.

- Dennis Dominic: Branch Manager
Dennis has 35 years of foodservice experience consisting of dealer sales, layout & design, equipment repair, and parts sales. Was also a manufactures representative for vendors such as Blodgett, Pitco, Magikitch’n, Jade Range, Berkell, Bon Chef, Vita-mix & Dinex. Dennis completed equipment training with premier industry broadliners, as well as trained their sales staffs on equipment selection, cost of ownership, and the basic principles of foodservice equipment. Dennis is currently responsible for project management for new developments.

Boston Location
John has been in the Foodservice industry since 1987. First working at New England Store Fixture Co. doing equipment delivery and installs. He then moved onto Briteway Corp. in 1993 running their Wilmington and Chelsea showrooms. From there John went on to work at Eastern Bakers Supply Co. in Boston. Joining their sales team, selling equipment and managing larger projects for close to twenty years before joining B&G Restaurant Supply in 2017.
Michael has been in the Food Service industry for over 55 years He has experience in kitchen and bar design as well as a vast knowledge of equipment. Over the years he has designed and supplied equipment for facilities that have feed over 2500 people for lunch as well as small mom and pop restaurants of 25 seats and smaller. Michael has worked with major hospitals and universities over the years as well as some celebrity chefs.

Rochester Location
Stefan has worked most his life dealing in the restaurant equipment, smallwares, disposables & janitorial products industry. He began as a teenager by working in his family’s restaurant supply business with duties of warehouse functions & deliveries. Then shifting into Cash & Carry store operations, purchasing roles and managing several employees. He later worked for other companies in outside territory sales of foodservice disposables, janitorial equipment & cleaning supplies. Stefan eventually began, partnered and managed a successful restaurant supply in Rochester which they sold 8 years later. In 2021 he helped found our Rochester branch. They have been growing the business in Western NY and moved to a larger warehouse in January 2024.
